What is a real estate CRM?

Does it work on my phone?
Yes. There’s an Android app and a web app, on the same account and the same data. An iPhone app isn’t available yet — use the web app in Safari.
Can I bring my existing Excel list?

How does the lead score work?
Every call, WhatsApp and follow-up you log from a lead adds points, and each deal step adds more. A buyer who goes quiet loses points. Scores run from 0 to 100: Hot is 50+, Warm 15–49, Cold under 15. Open any lead and tap “Why this score” to see the breakdown.
Which languages are supported?
English, Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali, Kannada and Gujarati. “Listen” reads the description aloud using your phone’s own voice.
Can brokers share property files on WhatsApp?
Yes. Share a branded property page, one link with several properties, or secure document links straight to WhatsApp.
